Amazing graphical modification tweaked by PacketOverload_x64Bit for reflections, color, environment lighting and many other features. iceshader.fx, iceconfig.ini, icebloom.fx and option.txt completely reworked.
Patch 1030 ONLY. Unreliable results on later patches (1040 / 1004). Once you see it in person, you'll see why it's worth going to 1030.

unfortunately i am not using the public release package so these settings will have to ported to the public release version with different variables. I am working with ice to get that done tomorrow / sunday 10th - 11th :)
Really wanna get this out to your guys. I think you'll LOVE the sets, they're amazing on my computer and I only have a Q6600 @ 3.0Ghz / 3GB's DDR800 /1 GB GTS 450
