Aletsch Glacier (summer trail)

The Great and beautiful Aletsch Glacier.
Here is part of my hike along the gletscher from Marjela valley to Riederalp / Bettmeralp. Aletsch is the largest glacier in the Alps. It has a length of about 23 km. This lower part of the glacier is in Swiss canton of Valais. By the way it is UNESCO World Heritage site.

It was my first long hike: starting in Fiescheralp, via tunnel to Märjelatal, than to Riederalp with this views. It is about 16.5km on average hight of 2350m (7709 foot) ASL.
