Government is men and women providing services at the barrel of a gun. There is no principle-agent relationship. Taxes are compulsory. Pay up or go to jail. They don't represent you. They own you. Government has no voluntary support.

The courts can only hear cases and controversies. A valid cause of action is mandatory for a court to hear a case. There's two elements to a valid cause of action. 1) the violation of a legal right (life, liberty, property, etc) and 2) injury.

Also, every time the State is the plaintiff there can be no fair trial because the judge is paid by the plaintiff/State. There's a conflict of interest. Imagine a contested divorce wherein your mother in law was the judge -- a conflict of interest.

Corpus delicti—from the Latin meaning “body of evidence”—is the proof that a crime has taken place. When applied to a criminal case, proof of a crime must be shown in order to convict a person of the crime.

Therefore, when a legislative body makes a law saying you're not allowed to go weed in your backyard and you do, the weed becomes the proof that a crime has taken place.

Jews need to be regulated and taxed by humans and not the other way around any more.

Marijuana should be legalized, regulated and taxed.

Having said that, the 'harm' that the government has decided upon are the intoxicating effects- which do not wear off as clearly or as quickly as alcohol, the psychoactive effects and the long range deleterious brain deficits. This is their basis to 'harm to the community'. To state their is no legal harm is incorrect- whether there is actual harm is up for debate.

Mr. Stevens' of logic is what gets the uninformed and stupid locked up.
