The RedEye personal remote control system for iPhone and iPod touch. Control all your gear using the iPhone in your pocket from anywhere in your house using Wi-Fi. More than one iPhone or iPod touch can control the same system at once, and you can add additional devices to control more rooms. Activity-based controls make it easy to manage multiple devices (stereos, DVD players, TVs, etc), with one button push, and each activity can have its own button layout.

  • Why cant you use example iPad's own bluetooth to control playstation 3 and other bluetooth devices ? If it cant control PS3 then you are missing on HUGE customerbase.

  • @PTK74 We had been considering this, but unfortunately, Apple's Bluetooth API does not support the protocols necessary to interact with PS3. Maybe that will change in the future.

  • soo if u connected with someone else wifi (in someone elses house ) could you control there TV?

  • Yes. Which is why I would recommend using a secure Wi-Fi network. But it could be a fun prank if you know the password.

  • @Nintend0productions It does have Wi-Fi built in, but it cannot connect to the Internet on its own, so you can't use it as an access point to surf the web.
