This test is on my new design, the Gen V BB Smack. Thanks HPH2O for the diamond inspiration which maximizes surface area and aids in circulation. This isolated 6 cell self recirculating design has 49 sqin of active plate area allowing it to support 25 amps of current at 12VDC to produce approximately 2.5LPM of cool, dry hydroxy gas. Each cell has its own reservoir and recirc plumbing allowing complete 100% isolation from its neighbors. ZERO current leakage loss with all the benefits of a recirc design. This includes self flushing and self cooling attributes with no pump needed. Round this cell out with a ZFF PWM and you have the best design for the buck today.

This no leak design is ideal for long hauls where the cell needs to run non stop for hours. Easy to refill, easy to flush this cell will run at 40C for hours on end.

    There is no heat issue here, and the meter is perfectly safe and working as it is supposed to.

  • How can this cell with no current leakage have a MMW of 6 and the 24 v cell which doesn't have the cells isolated have a MMW of 9-10?

  • @moffett8 Because the more cells you have in series back to back, the more efficient the stack is - to a point. I explain this in the video.

  • I posted a new cell your welcome to take a look at seems we have two zero current leakage cells. I just avoided all the tubeing and other stuff. I'll post some more desighns when I finish getting well this back surgery has really slowed me down for a year. Best wishes B

  • Thanks, I have posted the exact parameters in this video. This may be the highest MMW's for the temp, but my new titanium design kicks the crap out of this.

    The MMO ti substrate material blows all the rules of hydroxy out the window.
