Really cool. I have learned breaststroke recently and this video is really very helpful, it breaks down the different stages of the technique.
Really helpful. I want to join my school's swim team and have not done actual swimstrokes in a while. What should I look for when tryouts come around?

@bunnyboo486 - Practice long... race aggressively. If you think too much in a race, you could limit yourself. You practice so that good things happen when you don't think. Go get 'em.

Should you recover with the feet joined together or should the feet be seperated? I feel like my speed is decreasing more if I recover with my feet joined together.

@fkeopfkeop - It's actually a great question with both versions being correct. Some people start the recovery with the feet apart because they feel they get the feet in a better position for the kick. Others feel the limited drag with the feet together works best. I'm a feet together guy now that I'm older, but when I made the Olympic Team, my feet were a bit apart. The stroke was much different then too though. Experiment and find what's best for you.
