I have the KSO and i bought them 6 days ago. The running was amazing and it gave me more energy to run 6 miles with the sore calve muscles.

a week ago today i bought the KSO. I so after a total of 18 miles, my calves feel tight but not sore as to when i first started. only advice i offer is use mole skin for the areas that are sensitive and continue your normal run routine. The faster you keep to your routine, the sooner your feet and legs will be conditioned. in theory i could run again tomorrow to keep my every other day routine. Love the KSO!!!
