I listen to Halpern's stuff to help calm me down so I can fall asleep. It's really helpful since I'm kind of an anxious person by nature.

I have this music on cassette somewhere but I did not think it was called Higher Ground. Some of the best ever music was Spectrum Suite and Crystal Suite by Halpern was back in the 80s.

Hi - yeah, it's off the Higher Ground CD, i haven't heard those others you mentioned, time to give them a listen i think. :)
