Bachmann's opposition is concerned with the spending cap due in part to the plan forcing recession level capped spending even after the recovery occurs.
Firstly, it's completely LUDICROUS to assume a recovery will even occur without the reemergence of the private sector, which hinges on the public's sentiments of excessive and wasteful government spending and the overall confidence of the economic climate.
She's sort of shooting herself in the foot and it'd be funny if it wasn't so sad.
