Kendrick Nunn 2013 Simeon Chicago epic dunk v Morgan Park 1/22/11

Class of 2013 star Kendrick Nunn scored a game-high 19 pts as #1 Chicago Simeon used a fierce 3rd quarter rally in a come from behind win 60-51 win over Chicago Public League Red-South rival #5 Chicago Morgan Park at Chicago State.
Nunn, a sophomore 6'1 shooting guard, again came off the deep Simeon bench to spark the team on both ends of the floor. Simeon trailed by 6 pts early in the 3rd quarter ahead of the team mounting a 17-2 rally to take command of the game. 6'7 Steve Taylor, the #1-ranked Class of 2012 prospect in the state of Illinois drained three-point baskets on consecutive possessions during the run, and Nunn followed with THIS dunk during an 11-1 Simeon run.
Simeon pulled away from there en route to the 60-51 win. Nunn led all scorer's with 19 pts. He was backed up by Taylor, who finished with 14 pts including four three-point baskets. Senior forward Rayshawn McElrath and sophomore star Jabari Parker each finished with 8 pts for Simeon.
Wayne Blackshear (Louisville) led Morgan Park with 16 pts. Sophomore star Billy Garrett, Jr. backed up Blackshear with 11 pts with star sophomore Marquee Wiliams tallying 8 pts for Morgan Park.
Simeon improves to 16-0 on the season including 7-0 in the Red-South. Morgan Park falls to 12-2 including 5-1 in the Red-South.
