GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING NOTE: Some bookings will require stage manager. A. TRANSPORTATION 2 Flight/Bus tickets, if artist and purchaser agree that artist arrives by air, PURCHASER shall, at their sole cost and expense, provide GROUND TRANSPORTATION for ARTIST between airport, hotel, concert venue and return to airport upon departure.


B. ACCOMODATIONS Three to five-star hotel with swimming pool. NON SMOKING ROOMS. Meal allowances as needed.


C. HOSPITALITY • Cold juice and soda (diet and regular) • Water • Fresh fruits and nuts • Chips • Granola or fruit bars • To be provided at time to be arranged after sound-check or performance (Artist's preference);


D. TECHNICAL RIDER • CD PLAYERS: PIONEER CDJ 200, 800 and 1000 • DJ MIXER: PIONEER DJM 400, 600, 800, ALLEN&HEATH, TASCAM • MONITORS: JBL, MACKIE.
