Matt Wachter: Wikipedia Interview

I "interviewed" Matt Wachter after the Madison concert, the final show before he got married. I wanted to get some additional information to beef up his Wikipedia page that a fan had started (and got most of the information incorrect).

Sorry it's so dark! I tried brightening the image as best I could. The end of the video is VERY sweet.

Spend time with what family? He was only married, didn't have any kids until just this last year. I wanna know the REAL reason why he left the band. His marriage can't be the excuse, because immediately after leaving 30, he went straight away to another band that was smaller. Why? He still had to tour and shit, so that couldn't have been the reason.

he left the band so he could spend some time with his family. then Angels & Airwaves called him up because they needed a bassist and asked him. he said yes realizing that he wanted to be in a band again. that's pretty much what he said[:

He left for a short time for the wedding and honeymoon. I don't think he left last March because of his wife, since they'd been together for so long. No one but the boys really knows why he left.......and joined Angels and Airwaves.......
