becouse probably you weak baterie ;d

happened on mine too, and it turned out to be caused by a defective breakswitch. It's a €15 part, which can easily be replaced by yourself. Driving with this alarm active actually causes the breaklight to be on at all time, until car is switched off.

after turning on the car and its still in park turn the steering wheel all the way to the right then all the way to left then back to right that should reset BAS ESP ABS system
-
@DoCoR69 completely disconnect it for about a minute or two...then start the car and drive it a while. If that doesn't work check ALL fuses...under hood and rear seat. If it is still on test it out...find a road without alot of cars and see if your ABS works. ESP wouldn't be very safe to test lol....chances are it is just a sensor or something. ABS and ESP never fail in these cars.

@KingLanton20 I have a C180K what I did was switch off, switch on, turn wheel to lock left, lock to right, lock to left again, lock to right again, center position, switch off and switch back on. This should fix it as it resets the faults computer. If the issue happens again, get it checked by Mercedes as it could be another issue all together. For me, I had leaky PCV hoses that were causing the engine to misfire, which in turn made the ESP edgy and make it show error messages frequently! gd lk!
