You're both kinda right, but it's a Carvin or something. Solidbody, flat-top Tele shaped body, Gibson style headstock. Twin humbuckers....kind of a hybrid I guess.

You can get a pretty good look at Reed's guitat at 2:52.
To my eye it looks more like a Gibson than a Fender. Check out the head.
