I was forced to stay away from work for a while and when I got back, this Supervisor then deliberately started to hang around my work area pretending to talk to another staff member for ages, which again, made me have an anxiety attack. Again, my workplace did nothing about it. I have been complaining about this particular Supervisor for years and they did nothing. Why is my question, did they do nothing about it? I have now since resigned as mentally it was took much for me to handle.

I put in a informal complaint regarding discrimination by a Supervisor (as she apparently found a Teddy Bear I had on my desk offensive, but it wasn't the Teddy Bear, it was ME that she found offensive). After I put in the complaint, I let it known that I was unable to stand being in the same room as her and asked for mediation. but it was refused. I was then forced to a Management Team Meeting that she was a part of and had an anxiety attack there and then and still nothing was done about it.
