I bought this one on ebay and used the first time. After first use I take the battery off and put it on. I connected the battery again and not for an engine running, the propeller spins. The same thing happens when you put in ON. What can be? I need help please

i bought this boat about 2 years ago in green and the 40mhz is faster, it comes with double 380 motors but i just put in 550s and it goes doudle the speed!
