You are an instructor of very high quality. I have enjoyed this video very much. Most eastern fighting systems use eyes and throat strikes a lot which is great , in my training I use that a lot also ,but if I am in a fight with someone I don't like to poke his eyes out or kill him with a throat strike , it is good there are other options. JKD and Kung fu also like to use a lot of fast punches. In west we use only 2-3.

you should make an instructional dvd

Adam Chan is the real deal, and one of the great martial artists of his generation. He has trained and researched 6-12 hours per day non-stop for decades. He has trained with many of the greats, and learns from everyone.
He is also a truly righteous man - Righteous, brave, kind, and powerful. With the right promotion, he should be rich. But instead, he prefers to just keep training, teaching, and learning.
