It use to be that a bank could only be within one state. That made no sence when you had border towns where a bank wanted to serve people 25 miles away but they were in a different state so the bank could not open a branch there.

And it fails to mention that Johnson resigned his unpaid position in June, months before Biden was chosen. Nor did it mention that mcshame received $169,000 from Fannie and Freddie related contributers. Or that he got $2 million directly and indrectly through big oil. you're missing the point. They built the houses without their being a demand for them. They built the homes for people before their were any buyers. No one designed those cookie cutter houses all up and down the highways. They built them on a gamble that people would move in and then when no one moved in they were stuck with either owning vacant property or finding anyone they could get to move in. it wasn't the movers it was the builders. contractors building houses on speculative loans.

They buy the land and put up a Trailer and a sign then sit there until they got enough orders to build at least 40% of the homes in the development

THEN THEY GO TO THE COUNTY AND GET PERMITS FOR THE ROADS

If they do not have enough orders they cant get the ROAD AND SEWER PERMITS and NO HOUSES ARE BUILT
