just how accurate/relevant is your source?
Also, who are you to degrade Koreans? It's sad that you're just full of hate for Koreans for no reason at all.

very informative-thanks

Yes, we have bronze gongs that are use in shamanic rituals. I saw that Korean still use gong in shamanic rituals and other ceremonies. Gong and Drum in Miao is the same thing but in English, it's different. lol

oh yeah, it is a Gong, not a drum. I was confused Gond and Drum in English. the Miao have bronze gongs and he assum that the Koguryeo gong would be a bronze gong too. We don't have one in Korea. If any Koguryeo bronze gong that is the same kind of one in the video exists, it may be in the hands of Chinese. yeah, he said the miao use it for funerals. According to Koguryeo tomb mural, the gong must have been used for a big ritual ceremony.

I believe so. The Miao in China still play drums while the Miao outside China stop playing drums/gongs but only during funeral. It looks like a gong?

Hey Niamtxiv, can you see the big drum people carry on their shoulders at 1:08? It is part of Koguryeo tomb mural. One book by Korean professor say the Miao have the same looking drums and this is another similar culture between Korean and Miao.

This is interesting! Thanks for sharing.

glad you enjoyed this.
It's sad when people judge national constumes based on how "sexy" they are. But I guess it's their prerogative to act like whores if they want to.
