War over Temple

Thailand and Cambodia are fighting between themselves for their rights over a 900 year old Hindu temple. Its a bitter war. This being the case, in the birth land of Hinduism many many temples are being neglected and left dilapidated. Indian government shows abject neglect to take care of the rich culture. Will this change ?
