In some way, it's like learning a language, the lesson looks easy when the teacher asks you slowly and you answer what you just learned. On the street dealing with people they say other things you didn't learn in the class and it's far more challenging.

Personally, I think in Dimitry's case, it's the same for most males. I don't know what it is, but we just have to get plenty of exercise or there is just too much buildup of energy and we can't stay present.

I think this is why he can get present when he does his body movements but not while he is at work and stationary. That's my personal experience anyway.
