  • This is called hyperpronation. exercises wont fix it. Neither will orthotics. It needs surgery in order to fix it. I used to have hyperpronation but I had surgery and I dont have ankles that roll inward anymore. The 2 most common surgeries for this are called hyprocure and prostop.

  • You can't fix flat feet. They come from weak muscles first, then compromised and stretched ligaments. Once ligaments are stretched they won't ever go back.

  • This is a joke. "What to do about fallen arches?" Watch the numerous videos posted by ballet dancers on strengthening the feet. With commitment and perserverence, one can build the muscles up enough to develop a sufficient arch to relieve pain. I have been doing arch exercises for weeks to help with my running and it is working.

  • Foot orthotics are an insufficient intervention for many of us. I think you might want to consider if you're doing more harm than help by perhaps suggesting that simple foot orthotic intervention will resolve the issues commonly associated with flat feet. I've found I need to do foot exercises, ankle exercises, and exercises for my thighs and buttocks, particularly my hip adductors, and hip abductors.

  • and your help is???

  • this doesn't fix the problem from the source. its only temporary and wont solve much unless you want to wear theses the rest of your life. Do arch exercises instead

  • I play soccer and skateboard flat feet suck

  • they do not work I still have pain and they are made on my feet

  • Gotta get some of those, I have flat feet...but in the sand it arches just fine(weird) anyways my left heel is hurting to hurt like crazy!!
