Also I've noticed a lot of ppl on my server rolling as healer but are dps spec'd and think they can get away with off-heal quality heals. Makes the tank look bad

Managing your heat is very important as a BH tank as well. Trying to keep it under 40% (which is where the cooling starts to slow down) is more beneficial than spamming damaging abilities and overheating.
