I can understand why that screen is not 4K, it's because home movie sources have an aspect ratio of 16:9 hence as per my previous explanation cannot reach 4K. 2K and 4K screens would have an aspect ratio of 21:9 making them very wide and short, like the Philips Cinema TV.
Hey a 4K screen has a resolution of 4096 x 2160 hence 4K as 4096 is over 4000. The screen that you're looking at is a 16:9 ratio screen hence it cannot be 4096 x 2160. Standard Blu-Ray is 1920 x 1080 because it's 16:9 but 2K resolution is 2048 x 1080 (4K is 4 times more than 2K)
