I think we do have similar tastes, and I enjoy your videos :) I tend to gravitate towards powerful and statement making fragrances, scents that speak for me and normally scarethe pants off anyone else lol They also have to tell a story, take you on a journey and inspire. Of course, some are just cute and good smelling with nothing intellectual or creative behind them. But thats okay too, I mean, you cant be serious all the time! Perfume should also be fun and brainless :)

@bigmacmama Hey, thanks for your kind words, I will be doing more videos, its just that my camera is out of action at the moment :-( I'm glad I was able to give you some direction, sometimes it can all be so overwhelming and you dont know where to start.

Black orchid is such a great fragrance, kind of gothic in a good way! Have you tried any of his private collection? Amber absolute is my favorite as well as champaca absolute and neroli portofino.

@CocoChanelContessa Hi! sorry I didnt reply earlier, Im not getting my notifications for some reason :( I havent had the fortune of trying any of the Private Collection, but would buy Tobacco Vanille in a heartbeat, based solely on the reviews. The only other TF I have tried (apart from Youth Dew Amber Nude- animalic and scathing) is White Patchouli which was terribly disappointing. I must get around to ordering samples from TPC.

Its a gorgeous little fragrance, very tender and feminine and really captures the true-to-life scent of a fresh cut bouquet. Definitely worth a sniff :)
