It also reflect the soul or soulessness of a City. For instance, in Norfolk, Virginia, when they were planning a new bus turn-around, I asked if they would be placing a toilet there, since the riders would have to cross railroad track and jump a ditch, maybe even, and often with children. No they wouldn't. Now they have put in a train, and want the better class. I am sure there will be facilities provided. Only the pewter class are able to handle their bodily functions with any dignity.
