You did run Scangauge2 and the Nuvi with EcoRoute both at the same time.
How did you do that? I mean, both Scangauge and EcoRoute has to be connected to the OBD2 socket. Did you connect one male obd2 plug and two female obd2 plugs wiring parallel circuit?

Yes the Nuvi is hardwired but I still have the MSN receiver attached. I bought a cigarette lighter extension cable and cut off the end that plugs into the lighter and wired that to the fuse box so the other end of that has the lighter plug which the Nuvi power cable is plugged into.
is your 785T hardwired to your car? can you still use the MSN direct function if the navi is hardwired b/c i think the receiver is built into the cigarette adapter
The nuvi estimates the mpg info based on ur driving. its not connected to OBD2
