    1) Skate up to the blue line and stop

    2) Take off his mask

    3) Get a player's stick

    4) For the other Coach to yell "THE GOALIIEEE"

    5) The camera to pan around the crowd

    6) Set up the Knuckle puck

    and all before a forechecker can get to him

    It's not a penalty for takig your helmet off. Cus if it falls off it counts as sane thing. I've seen the helmet fall off many times
