This video show just how little operator intervention is required to install a customer's choice of VMS application on an Intransa VideoAppliance Duo- or Tri-Mode system. It's not very exciting to watch, and the video doesn't really let you read the screens that clearly. You insert the preloaded media kit in a USB port, hit enter and then the system does everything else, requiring the operator only to enter the default Microsoft Windows password (found on the quick start instructions in the box). It then goes all the way through the install, and is ready for the operator to initialize the VMS software from any of the choices supported by Intransa preloads (this one is OnSSI). The operator just makes his/her choices or takes the defaults with the VMS software as usual... no complexity with hardware or software to deal with, no figuring out inconsistencies or integration problems. So while it's not exciting to watch... how easy it makes the whole process, and how much time it saves installers and reduces cost both are!
