Nissan GT-R Hot Lap Silverstone GP circuit with Video VBOX Telemetry

Nissan GT-R being driven round (a very slippy!) Silverstone GP Circuit by Chief Instructor Chris Ward. The telemetry was generated in real time by a Racelogic Video VBOX using built-in GPS and a CAN connection to the OBD port. The throttle and brake look a bit screwey. they look more like Long G rather than throttle and brake.

Like the Engine RPM, these were taken directly from the CAN bus of the car, and calibrated to show the correct values. Of course they will be proportional to Long G, as braking creates -ve G, and throttle creates +ve G.

The GT-R is an awesome car too. GT3 performance for a fraction of the cost.
