  • @squirrely5024 face down is actually easier. If it's a piece of cake, why don't you film yourself performing this peace of cake on video? Or is it more like a piece of broccoli for you ;)?

    A the end of your train. Do 200 push-ups with hands stuck to the sides, not going too high! The better now is to do two pumps per second and 10 centimeters off the ground. You're here 2 times here will recruit more muscle fibers :)

  • hey man you're awesome! i want to let you know that i found a neat trick for these that make them more intense for your entire arm while also making it easier on your wrists. do them on the fingertips, and instead of bringing the tips of the index fingers and thumbs together, bring the tips of the middle fingers together and tuck the index fingers and thumbs under each other. this allows more effective alignment of the arms as they fold in and increases the range of motion of the push up.

  • nice ! may I say that you maybe should put your hand more at your chest level, maybe I can't see because of the camera angle, but I think your arm should be more forward, just sayin tho, thats what I think, great video anyways

  • @TheF0rtress im not dissing you ive seen your videos you can do some pretty difficult things that i cant. im saying 50 diamond pushups is like the least difficult of anything you've posted
