even the japanese comercial of megaman 1 is a best recreation of the game

The lyrics of "Okkusenman" was written to fit the Wily stage song. It was made in 2007, Mega Man 2 came out in 1988. The original Okkusenman music video also had footage from Mega Man 2.
Now, "Urutoraman" came to be in 1966, but neither he or Mega Man is "Okkusenman". The word means "110 Billion". Look up the English lyrics, most agree.
Mega may be based on Ultraman, and OF COURSE the names are puns. But they are not based on the fucking Okkusenman song.
