  • yeah you can so tell thats the nimitz lol

  • @MrBetterTube "On 9 February 2008, two Russian Tu-95 'Bear' bombers overflew the carrier in the Western Pacific." - source: Reuters, MSNBC. Confirmed by Pentagon on March 2008.

  • yeah its cause the carrier was sold to china and was moving with no aircover if that was a US Carrier even alone it has what it carries in the air ALL the time (3 rotating shifts) meaning the backfire would have had 4 fa/18s on its ass

  • @MrBetterTube USS Nimitz was sold to China? :-) OMG! When??

The photo you've seen was made from the russian Tu-95 back in February 2008. You can see how easy russians can get at visible range. Can you spot any escort ship? You can't. Because the closest one was 500nm away, what gave russians enough time to get at 50mn distance. And btw Tu-95 is much bigger and much slower than Tu-22M3.
