  • i am a traditionalist, and this is a dance with acrobatics. just flowery dance with focus on speed and lookd. real traditional kungfu is not pretty, very similar to Karate. Martial arts is for fighting period. yin yang bullshit , fake azz park tai chi, with no real chi.. its a joke just like when the chinese taught americans in the 70's . i was one of the lucky few that learned real Northern Shaolin and plum Flower Fist.

  • @ImonQue Wow, another traditional champ hatin' around. Traditional seems to mean, no toleranz, runnin around cryin' like a baby and telling everyone, that you are the secrets keeper. Funny, I never see modern competition people hatin on trad Kung Fu, but the other way around.

  • @ImonQue Actually there are not many trad Kund Fu folks, that would be able to fight. Weak stances, no range of motion etc. If you are so into fighting, go fight in the UFC or Strikeforce and prove yourself. Just leave these vid alone with your selflovin comments.

  • It saddens me to know that true Shaolin is now a things of the past. I bet western culture has some involvement in that.

  • @SimKoning Kung fu is not martial arts. Kung fu is flowing of water, kung fu is falling of leaves in the fall, kung fu is life. Everybody has kung fu.

  • Very nice.

  • @tranglomango And you hate it why? I trained in traditional gong fu (Hung Gar and Jow Gar) and now I'm learning wushu and I think it's great. All it is is a combination of the basics of closely related Chinese martial arts (nan quan, chang quan, bagua etc.) I have no idea why traditional kung fu nerds hate it so much... though I can guess it's because their all knowing Sifus told them it's not "real" kung fu... even though most of it comes from Shaolin.

  • @SimKoning WUSHU

  • @tranglomango WTF are you talking about?

  • @ATACXGYM : glad to help. most kung fu are much more popular with their western names
