Nice job. Much nicer job than that boat merited. If the repair costs more than the boat did, something's off.
The prep is the key to a good repair and they got it exactly right here. They went overboard with the whole trimming of the fiberglass etc. The could have used four ovals a bit bigger than the repair and just sanded off the excess. The grinder would have taken off the excess in a fraction of the time it took him to mess around with it. And you wouldn't have sharpie ink in your repair.
So one guy has to wear a resapirator but not the rest?
