It works backwards, but it works.A physics motor spins the spindle, and there's a length-constraint hooked up between then spindle and the rectangular "piston"the piston slides back and forth as the motor rotates

The length constraint is sort of a pain. I cant give any advice off the top of my head, but if you go to the VDC, that's your best bet.
check out the valve developer wiki, and type in "lengthconstraint"

looks great :) I'm a mapper myself and I really need some help with the length constraint entity.. It doesn't seem to work for me :(. Could you explain the basics for making two entities not being able to be too far apart?
