  • Yes it is so true about Kimchi no lie!! Keeps you regular Ginger which is good for circulation I make it myself and it is real easy to make. Drink Green tea with Fresh boiled ginger. Boil the ginger for like a hour to get all the flavor out squeeze a fresh lemon in it and you are good to go. It is like drinking spicy tea and it makes you sweat. That is because the fresh ginger root is good for circulation. I couldn't figure out why I was sweating back then. LOL!
