I teched this show... The most amazing thing I think is that the cast came from every group imaginable, Theatre, Cheerleading, Band, Chior, we even had two Technical theatre students act in it. There were kids on stage who had never been in a production of ANYTHING before in their entire lives. It was the most amazing production i've ever been a part of.

i thought so too, because my school has some of the same choreography too but it is actually from the play itself

This was a true all-school musical. The two leads were in choir, but neither had ever been in theater and neither had ever danced before. Of all of the guys, only one had some formal tap dancing. The other guys were either in sports, band, choir or drama, or all of them, but no dancers.
