California bail bonds provider Greg Rynerson of Rynerson Bail Bonds explains what happens when someone is arrested and placed in the Los Angeles County Jail system in the state of California. Los Angeles County has several jails, however it's central county jail is the largest in the world and can take 12-24 hours to be processed and released once someone is booked there or transferred there.
