Yo JJ, I noticed you're taking the tension off of almost every exercise between reps. Don't ever fully extend your arms for your bi or tri exercises, keep them bent and there will be a lot more tension on the muscles. Also try to slow down the negative movements brotha. Hypertophy City.

@KyleP2009 also there was quite a bit of swinging on the straight bad curls, listen im trying to get on his back just trying to help out, im not having a go at him im simply just trying to help :)
