Invisible - Chapter 2

I appreciate it. ohh and btw no ones famous in this story. Well mainly because... we're not crushing on a famous guy at school. lol. Its Reality!


Chapter 2

Gym Class.

I walked back to the gym and sat on the stands again, shoving my hands on my face.

*Ugh. Why did I have to see him? I didnt wanna see him. I didnt wanna see him!* I screamed inside my head. Okay maybe I did, but not with her.

Did this really have to be so confusing? Girl likes boy. Boy doesnt even know girl. Yet, she still likes him? For all I know, he and his girlfriend are probably meant for each other. I dont know. Maybe-

*Hey!* Mikaela said as she cut me off my thoughts.
*Oh, hey,* I said kinda startled.
She sat down beside me, *you okay?* she asked.
*Yeah, Im fine,* I answered with a fake smile.
*Sure?* she asked again.
*Yeah,* I said as I nodded my head.
*Umm.. okay,* she answered not believing me but preferred ignoring the subject, whatever it was.

*So wow, you look beat!* I said changing the subject.
*Haha..I am. But I just had to get in there!* she exclaimed, *It was boring just watching it, you should join the action!*
I laughed at how she phrased it.
*Haha..no thanks. Im pretty good just watching you play,* I said honestly with a smile.
*Nooo..but thats not fair either..* she whined.
*What? Why not? Youll be playing, which is what you like and Ill be watching, which is what I like,* I affirmed.
She just looked at me with eyes not believing.
*I suck!* I screamed. She knew it was true and I hated admitting it many times. Ooops..but maybe that was a little too loud?
She laughed.
I hit her playfully, *See what you did?*
She just continued cracking up.

Then suddenly the bell rang. We both rushed to get our stuff and we stood up.
*Bye,* I said, and *bye,* she said quickly as we hurried to out next period class.

After School in the Hallway.

I finally got out of my boring history class. Who wouldve thought that things in the past will be interesting now? Ha! Definitely not my history teacher, he probably thinks its cool. But whatever.

I continued walking through the halls trying to reach to my locker. Which was on the other side of the school, great huh? So I walked and walked..

But great! I was currently passing by Nicks locker. But honestly, I liked passing by at this time. It was the only time that hell only be with his friends just goofing around. Being him. He would be smiling and all cheesy just doing funny stuff. I liked it! But still..he never noticed me pass by.

Yet, soon enough I got in front of my locker. I put the combination in and opened it. I put all my history stuff in and got my backpack and put all my homework in. Not much. Just enough I guess. I then zipped closed my backpack and when I turned around I suddenly saw Mikaela.

*Hey! Now you got here early.. What happen no homework?* I asked as we continued walking.
*Nope, isnt that great?* she stated as I saw her with no books.
*Yes! Lucky you,* I said.
*Well maybe I can help..* she suggested.
*Umm..* I started, * I think Ill deal with it on my own.. Maybe we can hang out tomorrow?*
*Yeah..sure..* she accepted.
I nodded. So then it was affirmed, we will hang out tomorrow.

So then we headed out the school doors. And this was the part I didnt like the most.

Nick will always be standing next to his girlfriend, and he was. His arm was around her shoulder and theyd be talking with their group of friends. What were they, the populars? Not at all. People just well-known them.

Therefore, Mikaela and I would walk right past them. Ignoring them but enough to hear Nicks pure voice. Life was great, wasnt it? But can you believe that not even my best friend Mikaela knew about my secret crush for him?
