I am a recent convert to Islam, I am also a quadriplegic. How do I do Salat?

Welcome to Islam. You may pray with recitation, only moving your body or head as much as is possible, or not at all if you are unable. Your salat is recorded according to your sincerity and intention.

To find an official fiqh ruling on this, you may check "fiqh-us-sunnah," the most internationally recognized text on the subject. It is available free online(Youtube doesn't allow me to post a direct link). Volume 2, section 24 is entitled "The prayer of a person who is ill (Salatul Marid)"

"Whoever has some excuse due to illness and cannot stand during the fard(required) salah is allowed to pray sitting. If he cannot pray in a sitting posture, he may pray while on his side by making gestures."

The rest of the section goes into more detail and hadith for justification.

May Allah accept your salat and magnify them many times according to any difficulties faced to perform them.
