the goal is NOT to kill everyrthing (they respawn), but to keep tylus alive till u get the message that tells u u can leave. and this is the easiest way

yes
the leader can only be a stance-less 4th job warrior, so if u need infinity u must party with one
infinity is dropped by one of the monsters inside, so u should kill everything till its dropped (at the end of the pq only stance is given to the warrior, every other skill is obtained from monsters inside the pq)
