ah what is this guy's name?? He made a ton of fitness videos in tropical locations in the late 80s/early 90s...i can't think of it!

So I have to take a fitness class for college, and I wanted to get in shape through some good ol' weight lifting... But SOMEHOW there are not enough people to make the class take place unless a special exception is made.
So my point here is that if weight lifting doesn't pass, my other option is aerobics...
I had to say to myself, "What the heck is aerobics?"
I looked it up, and I got this.

my jazz teacher made us do this before every lesson XP you'd be surprised how these things easily get you tired if ur no use to exercise
