People forget that no one human is the same as another and although characteristics repeat, the same long stretch of DNA will never ever ever come up twice especially not psycologically, even in identical or siamese twins. It is human nature, biologically programmed that we kill to survive, and this killer instict cant leave, less our species die completly. In the case of this supposedly innocent man it may not count, but humans kill, they cut loose, its nature and no beuocracy can control it.
