El REGRESO de Lencho #4. Lencho, Goyo y los diputados.

Despues de estar por un mes de regreso en Guatemala Lencho anda buscando un apartamento y se reencuentra con su amigo el escultor Goyo Lopez que le va a dar el espacio en el que tiene su estudio, puesto que Goyo esta a punto de partir hacia Buenos Aires. Hablan de arte, viejos amigos y la muerte de los 3 diputados salvadoreños del PARLACEN en marzo de este año.

After a month back in Guatemala, Lencho is looking for an apartment and he meets with his old friend, the sculptor Goyo Lopez. He is going to give him his studio since he is moving to Buenos Aires. They talk about art, old friends and the killing of the 3 Salvadoran congressmen in march '07.

In Guatemala, officers' killings echo dirty war

March 5, 2007. GUATEMALA CITY

After 3 Salvadoran congressmen were killed on a road in Guatemala last month, it did not take the

authorities long to find the culprits: they were Guatemalan police officers.

The police men were killed in jail by group of heavily armed men in military garb and ski masks made their way through seven locked doors and executed them, with no interference from guards.

JOCOTILLO, Guatemala, Feb 20 (Reuters) - Assailants killed three Salvadoran congressmen, including the son of a civil-war era death squad chief, and left their charred bodies blazing on a Guatemalan back road, authorities said on Tuesday.

Eduardo D'Aubuisson, William Pichinte and Jose Ramon Gonzalez were deputies in the Guatemala-based regional Central American parliament from El Salvador's conservative ruling ARENA party. The remains of a fourth man were found with them.
