I know that this sounds weird, but I actually think that this scene means quite a lot.

At first I thought that she looked like she was thinking "This is going to be my season bitches, and It's going to be awesome", but after watching season 3 & 4 which were SO fucked ud and sad (I'm literally still crying) I think it looks like she's thinking "You have no idea what's going to happen and what I'm up to."

In the first two series Effy gets to look straight into the camera in her episodes, which gives a feeling that she like can see through it all, and knows everything, like she has control over everyone it's SO cool!
