WFLD Channel 32 - Newstalk (Opening, 1981)

Here is the opening and first minute (before the tape ran out) of Newstalk on WFLD Channel 32 during "Crusade of Mercy" week.

Featuring Naurice Roberts as host. Her guests this night were Othello Ellis, President of the Abraham Lincoln Centre, and Michael Blakely (also of the Centre) who both do volunteer work for the United Way - Crusade of Mercy.

(Notice the opening music is the same as they were using for Newscene at the time - not the other scarier music they used in the 1979 Newstalk clip.)

Not sure when this aired yet, but it was either August or September of 1981, on a weekday at 11:30pm. (Othello Ellis mentions Friday, the 9th of September - which wasn't the case in 1981 - I think he misspoke and meant the 9th of October, which did fall on a Friday in 1981)
