Hum his French is quite bad. but for an Irish ( or any people coming from an english-speaking courntry) it's one of the best I've ever heard.

No, he speaks french, with a big accent, but at this ceremony, he was a little !!! you know what (drunk), and it was in 2004, now, i heard him on French radio, and i understand what he saids in french !!!
