Geez, it took my teacher 4 classes of 1hr20min to tell us about the Sin Cos and Tan ratios are and no one in the class understood it, you're video taugh me how to do it in about 3 minutes before it clicked. Thank you for saving me on my final!

i have a problem with finding the sine value. i have TI-83 calc and when i put in sin(56) it keeps on telling me the value is -.5215510021. i need help with this or am i right???

Your calculator is in rad mode. Press the DRG (degree-radian-gradient) button until it is in deg mode, and then try again.

hey how do you know what ratio to use when you are only given one side and the degree of one of the angles and also how do you use the value of the angle to find out the measurement of one of the other sides

The SOH memory key helps you decide. If you know the side Opposite the given angle, you can find the Hypoteneuse; if you know the Hypoteneuse you can find the Opposite.
